Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Investment Banking Analyst, based in San Francisco, CA. The Analyst will be responsible for performing financial modeling, conducting due diligence, preparing materials for clients and investors, analyzing financial and market data, and supporting deal execution. The role also involves collaborating closely with senior team members and clients to contribute to high-quality advisory services.
Qualifications
- Internships or previous work experience in M&A or related investment firm
- Proficiency in financial modeling and strong analytical skills
- Experience in due diligence and finance-related processes
- Understanding of investment banking fundamentals
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
- Ability to work in a hybrid work environment in San Francisco, CA
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects
