Ecommerce Site Coordinator

Overview
The Site Merchandising Coordinator is responsible for developing a world class shopping experience that will continue to funnel rapid online growth. This role will oversee the release of all product launches and campaigns to the site and will own the product setup, flow, and performance. The person will assist with the presentation of all the ecommerce product assets on site and will need to make sure they are maximized from a merchandising and sales perspective. This person should be adept at working with a wide range of cross functional partners including planning, marketing, and ecommerce. They will also be detail-oriented, highly organized, and highly resourceful with an independent, go-getting, problem-solving mindset.
Responsibilities
• Prepare and execute item set up for monthly launches by working with Copywriter, creative director, Manager and Associate Planner to get everything needed on time to upload for launches.
• Execute the end-to-end setup of all products for the site, including the product descriptions, pricing, imagery, linking, tagging
• Manage the day-to-day execution of site merchandising including merchandising based on marketing activations, optimizing navigational menu and updating search campaigns
• Ensure customer experiences is seamless throughout the funnel by consistently performing a series of checks of product pages, category pages, search campaigns and navigational elements
• Partner with Creative Director to create photoshoot flow for the season ensuring that all samples get ordered, all items get shot in time and that they shoot a manageable amount of product at each shoot
•Oversee all sample traffic for shoots and marketing initiatives for web including ensuring that samples arrive in time for shoots, that they are neatly organized in the office, necessary samples are sent to PR etc.
• Help in logistical coordination of photoshoots—including timely sample delivery from WH and factories, trunk-pick up.
• Attend photoshoots and help with logistical support of photoshoots - make sure everything is shot in a timely manner, stylists have everything they need, transportation etc.
•Partner with the Production team to identify and monitor sample changes for editorial and Ecomm shoots, and ultimately be the point person on set for product knowledge
• Execute price markdowns, sale tagging, site content refreshes for promotions.
• Leverage web analytics to provide weekly traffic and search term reports.
Qualifications
• Strict attention to detail; highly organized and highly resourceful with an independent, go-getting, problem-solving mindset
• Must be a self-starter. Eager to drive the business with a sense of urgency
• Shopify Experience a plus
• 1-3 years’ experience in Ecommerce
• Photoshoot experience is a plus
• Working knowledge of Search and Merchandising Platforms is a plus
• Knowledge of and passion for product, must be able to understand brand aesthetic
• Strong MS Office experience is a plus
• Ability to quickly adapt in a fast-paced, flexible working environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Anticipated Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 Annually
