Role Description
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Sales Coordinator to support our exhibitor sales team for L.A.Comic Con, and is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in live events, pop culture, and sales. This is a full time role for a Sales Coordinator based in Los Angeles, CA, with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team with exhibitor communications/inquiries, contracts, and maintaining CRM records. Responsibilities include assiting with reporting and sales tracking, coordination with internal teams to ensure exhibitor deliverables are met, ensuring smooth collaboration between clients and internal sales team, and providing on-site support during event set up and show days. Our 2026 show will be held October 30-November 1.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years experience in Sales Coordination
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in Customer Service and Communication
- Solid understanding of Sales principles and practices
- Proficiency with office software and CRM tools
- Excellent organizational, time-management abilities, written and verbal communicaiton
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
- Passion for pop culture, entertainment, or related industries is a plus
