Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Florence, MS, for a Marketing Manager. The Marketing Manager will oversee and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and growth. Key responsibilities include developing campaigns, managing digital and traditional marketing platforms, analyzing marketing data, coordinating promotional activities, and collaborating with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to guide a team and engage with customers effectively.
Qualifications
- Strategic Marketing and Campaign Development: Experience in creating marketing strategies, overseeing campaigns, and aligning marketing efforts with organizational goals.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Proficiency in digital platforms, social media management, search engine optimization (SEO), and online advertising tools.
- Analytics and Performance Metrics: Ability to analyze marketing data, track campaign performance, and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Project Management and Team Collaboration: Strong organizational skills, experience managing projects, and the ability to lead and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Creativity and Content Development: Skilled in generating creative ideas, managing content creation, and overseeing branding initiatives.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication capabilities to engage both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in the construction, home improvement, or related industries is a plus but not required.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools, is advantageous.
