Backed by top-tier investors (think xAI Youtube, OpenAI etc), the team is pioneering new capabilities in recruitment technology, building tools that make recruiters exponentially more efficient and improves the hiring process end-to-end.
As part of a tight-knit, high-caliber engineering team, you'll take ownership of critical product features, working across full-stack TypeScript systems built on React and Postgres. You'll build core tooling to power recruiter workflows and enable accurate candidate matchings for recruiters, automate marketplace operations, build integrations, and contribute to growth engineering initiatives-all while learning directly from experienced founders and peers.

The Role
- Architect and implement end-to-end features for recruiter and customer-facing products
- Build and maintain frontend experiences in React
- Design and operate backend systems with Postgres and other modern tools
- Automate marketplace operations and internal workflows
- Collaborate closely with recruiters to understand needs and improve efficiency
- Contribute to integrations and growth engineering initiatives (SEO, signups, billing, activations) Onsite
The Person
- 2-7 years of software engineering experience within a start-up
- Top 20 CS education
- Full-stack experience (either front or backend bias is fine)
- Experience delivering products end-to-end that directly impact customers and revenue
- Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Excited to solve real-world problems with a tight-knit team
