Outside sales hasn't had a real software update in a long time. We're building the platform top-performing field teams will run on for the next decade.
Why NowWe're in growth mode. The product is working, our ICP is clear, and the two SDRs already on the team have spent the last six months proving out the playbook and hitting quota. That's the green light.
Now we're tripling the SDR team and hiring four more reps in NYC, Las Vegas, or Florida to scale what's working. The early experiments are done. The motion is real. You're joining at the moment a company goes from "we figured it out" to "let's go take the market."
The RoleYou'll join an SDR team that already has traction and work closely with the founders and the SDRs who have been running point so far. You'll execute against a proven playbook, but you'll also have room to test new channels, sharpen messaging, and influence how we go to market as we scale.
We sell to outside sales reps, which means we sell the way good outside sales reps do: multi-threaded, in person when it matters, and high activity across every channel.
What You’ll Do- Build pipeline through cold calls, outbound research, LinkedIn, email, direct mail, partnerships, and showing up at offices
- Travel to industry events and trade shows across North America
- Run discovery calls that qualify prospects and book meetings that convert
- Work closely with the founders and the existing SDR team on messaging, sequencing, and offers
- Bring field insights back to product and marketing
- Help scale the sales motion that will take Leadbeam to $100M+ ARR
Who You Are- 1 to 3 years of work experience, ideally in a client-facing role
- Entrepreneurial and resourceful. You figure things out before the process exists
- Competitive. You want to be on the leaderboard and you take it personally when you're not
- High activity, high energy, and high standards for your own work
- Strong communicator. You're comfortable talking to executives and frontline reps
- Comfortable with ambiguity. The playbook exists, but it's still being sharpened, and you're up for both
- Bonus: experience with Salesforce or HubSpot, or selling sales tools or selling to field sales teams
