Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop hand-woven and/or machine-made rug collections
- Conduct trend, color, and market research within the home décor and rug industry
- Meet with sales teams and customers to review projects and new product development
- Prepare and present design concepts, materials, and product ideas
- Collaborate with overseas manufacturers on product development and production
- Manage development timelines and support product approval processes
- Work proactively within development calendars to ensure projects stay on schedule
