Reports To: Senior Manager, Marketing
Position Summary
The Marketing Associate supports the execution of marketing initiatives across digital channels. This role is responsible for building and scheduling campaigns, maintaining systems and workflows, and supporting performance tracking and reporting. The Associate plays a key role in ensuring content accuracy, coordinating deliverables, and supporting marketing technology operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and schedule pre-approved content across email, social media, and web channels using established templates and tools.
- Maintain marketing calendars and track deliverables for core programs, including Chamber and Chamber Foundation initiatives.
- Conduct quality control across content, landing pages, and templates to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
- Update and manage digital platforms (CMS, CRM, and marketing automation tools) as directed.
- Prepare analytics summaries and support KPI tracking, reporting, and campaign documentation.
- Maintain organized digital asset libraries to support content reuse and cross-team access.
- Coordinate timelines and deliverables across interns, designers, and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct research on vendors and platforms to support marketing technology improvements.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field; nonprofit or membership experience preferred.
- Proficiency with email marketing platforms, social scheduling tools, design tools, and CMS platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Clear, concise writing and copyediting skills for short-form digital content.
- Familiarity with analytics tools and willingness to learn new platforms.
- Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits
The base salary range for this role is $71,500–$78,000, commensurate with experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401(k) with employer match, and paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave.
