Alum Works is seeking an Independent Sales Representative to join our team! We deliver and install high-quality and cost-effective aluminum patio covers to clients all over Southern California. This role is for an independent sales representative in LA/Ventura County. There is a lot of opportunity to grow and expand our presence in LA/Ventura County. This is a commission-only position with lots of earnings potential. The rep hired is welcome to continue representing other brands and channels, just not to compete in the patio cover channel. Alum Works provides very warm leads and lots of support.
Responsibilities:
Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers.
Prospect and contact potential customers.
Produce customized estimates for customers.
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
Attend Home & Garden shows to connect with local clientele.
Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments.
Work with our CEO and Office Manager to stay on top of all opportunities.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields.
Familiarity with CRM platforms.
Ability to build rapport with clients.
Strong negotiation skills.
Deadline and detail-oriented.
Great communication skills.
Reliable car.
Ability to learn technical and estimating processes.
Construction Industry and Trade Show experience a huge plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
