LTT Partners is a fast-growing technology sales and installation company specializing in cloud-based physical security, networking, and infrastructure solutions for commercial clients nationwide.
We are seeking a Finance Administrator to oversee the internal financial and administrative functions of the company. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, financially disciplined, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of core business administration inside a growing company.
This position will work directly with company leadership and department managers to support financial accuracy, administrative structure, HR-related processes, company technology administration, and company-wide accountability.
Responsibilities
Finance & Accounting
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow tracking
- Review company financial performance and reporting
- Coordinate with outside CPA/accounting partners
- Supervise AP/AR processes and internal accounting workflows
- Assist with payroll administration and financial controls
- Monitor expenses, margins, and operational KPIs
- Help improve reporting accuracy and financial organization
Administration & HR
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Support employee records, benefits, and policy administration
- Assist with recruiting coordination and internal communications
- Help maintain compliance, documentation, and administrative procedures
- Work closely with company leadership, operations, and sales to ensure sales execution aligns with overall business goals.
- Support internal organization and administrative process improvement
Internal IT & Technology Administration
- Oversee and coordinate basic internal IT operations and company technology administration
- Manage company laptops, employee device setup, deployment, and lifecycle management
- Coordinate cybersecurity best practices, password management, MFA enforcement, and user access controls
- Manage employee accounts and permissions across cloud-based software platforms
- Coordinate software licensing, subscriptions, and internal technology organization
- Assist with maintaining secure and organized company technology infrastructure
- Work with outside IT vendors or support partners when necessary
- Help ensure company systems, devices, and software remain operational, secure, and properly documented
Qualifications
- Experience in finance, accounting, business administration, or financial management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Experience overseeing accounting or financial processes
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Strong proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving ability
Preferred Experience
- Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Experience overseeing AP/AR and payroll processes
- QuickBooks, accounting software, ERP, or financial systems experience
- Experience working with outside CPAs, auditors, or bookkeeping partners
- HR or people operations exposure
- Small to mid-sized business finance or administrative leadership experience
- Basic IT administration, SaaS management, cybersecurity, or internal systems coordination experience preferred
