About The Role
Hoskbrew is seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven
Marketing & Sales Manager to help drive brand growth, customer engagement, and revenue performance.
This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, leading marketing initiatives, managing digital campaigns, and strengthening customer and client relationships. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with the ability to execute marketing strategies while identifying opportunities to expand brand visibility and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growth
- Manage and grow company social media channels including content planning, publishing, and audience engagement
- Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns, including Meta platforms
- Implement and manage tracking and analytics tools such as Meta Pixel to measure campaign performance and ROI
- Collaborate with product development and design teams to create compelling, conversion-focused marketing content
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, partnerships, and promotional channels
- Build and maintain strong customer and client relationships to support satisfaction and retention
- Analyze marketing and sales performance data to inform business decisions and improve campaign effectiveness
- Partner with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products, campaigns, and customer initiatives
- Support brand consistency across digital, promotional, and customer-facing channels
- Stay informed on industry trends, digital marketing strategies, and audience engagement opportunities
Qualifications Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience may be considered
Experience
- Proven experience managing social media platforms and paid advertising campaigns
- Experience with Meta advertising platforms strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success in marketing, sales, or digital marketing roles
- Experience in customer relationship management and client-facing environments
- Experience working within gaming, enthusiast, retail, or consumer-focused brands preferred
Skills & Competencies
- Strong copywriting and content creation abilities
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging campaigns and promotions
- Data-driven approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools preferred
- Interest or experience within gaming, retro gaming, or tabletop communities preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines effectively
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Leadership & Collaboration
While this position does not initially include direct supervisory responsibilities, the Marketing & Sales Manager may provide guidance to marketing or sales support staff and will work closely with product development, design, operations, and leadership teams.
Work Environment & Schedule
- Primarily office-based work environment
- Standard full-time schedule, Monday through Friday
- Typical shift schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with flexibility based on campaigns, events, or business needs
