Job Overview
CCSI is an independent factory authorized Automated Logic (ALC) web-based Building Management Solution (BMS) provider and is seeking a motivated individual to fill a System Graphics designer position. The ideal candidate will have experience with Adobe Illustrator, creating BMS graphic pages and assembling BMS graphic screens with Automated Logic WebCTRL software.
The ideal candidate possess a strong understanding of visual design principles and has a desire to be at the forefront of modern building automation graphic solutions.
Duties
- Create building control system floorplans, graphics and user interface pages from existing digital construction documents ensuring proper perspective, alignment and proportions.
- Serve as a primary resource for graphic end product improvement.
- Recommend and develop new graphic interface concepts and solutions in conjunction with engineering and operations.
- Creates custom graphics in ALC’s WebCTRL suite. Training is provided.
- Limited day travel may be required.
Skills
- Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong attention to detail and understanding of web design principles, including responsive design techniques.
- Creative and detail-minded with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects at one time.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings a plus.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Self-motivated, can work independently or as a team member.
- Ability to illustrate concepts clearly through visual representation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Preferred experience and qualifications:
- Automated Logic WebCTRL system experience and training
- Experience with digital design software.
- Working knowledge of raster and vector design software.
- Experience working with Adobe Illustrator or a willingness to become experienced.
- MS Visio experience is extremely helpful, Auto CAD experience is helpful.
- Proficient with Windows applications and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Associates or trade degree relating to graphic design.
*This is an on-site full-time role in our Lubbock office supporting projects at multiple locations in the west Texas region area and beyond including Amarillo, Lubbock, Midland/Odessa, Abilene and San Angelo.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
