Creative Content Coordinator
Irving Farm is an NYC-based specialty coffee company with cafés across New York City and a roastery in the Hudson Valley. We're looking for a highly creative, visually driven person to support content creation, storytelling, and creative campaign development across the brand.
This role is ideal for someone who lives online, has a strong visual eye, understands social media culture, and is excited about creating thoughtful, engaging content — from Instagram posts and short-form video to larger campaign concepts and brand storytelling.
Responsibilities
- Create and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, email, and web
- Manage day-to-day Instagram posting, Stories, and content scheduling
- Brainstorm and develop creative campaign concepts and seasonal launches
- Produce photo, video, and lifestyle content for social and marketing use
- Write captions, assist with copywriting, and support creative direction
- Research trends, cultural moments, and creative references
- Support creative shoots, collaborations, and events
- Contribute ideas for partnerships, community engagement, and brand storytelling
- Capture NYC-focused content highlighting cafés, coffee culture, and everyday city moments
Qualifications
- Strong creative instincts and visual taste
- Interest in branding, storytelling, photography, design, fashion, food, hospitality, or culture
- Comfortable creating short-form content and social-first creative
- Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and current digital trends
- Organized, collaborative, and proactive
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools is a plus
- Photography, video editing, or copywriting skills are a strong plus
Location
New York City-based. Must be able to work in-person for shoots, café visits, and creative meetings.
This is an opportunity to work closely with a creative team and help shape content and campaigns for an established NYC coffee brand with a strong design focus.
