What You’ll Be Doing
- Meet with clients to develop and implement financial plans and strategies
- Recommend solutions across life insurance, annuities, and retirement planning
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Work closely with a high-performing team in a collaborative office environment
- Continue developing your planning and advisory skills through ongoing coaching
- Contribute to a positive, driven, team-first culture
What We’re Looking For
- Active Life & Health license (required)
- 2+ years of experience in financial services and/or insurance
- Experience with life insurance and/or annuities
- Demonstrated interest in financial planning and holistic client advice
- Strong communication skills and professional presence
- Highly motivated, competitive, and coachable
- Looking for a long-term career in financial planning
- Must be willing to work in-office full-time
