We are building a company designed to scale from $5M to $10M+, and we are looking for a sales professional who can operate at a high level and grow with us.
The Role
This is a consultative sales role, not a transactional or commission-driven position.
You will guide clients from initial consultation through signed construction agreement, working closely with our estimator and designer to ensure projects are properly scoped, priced, and aligned with client expectations.
Success in this role is defined by:
- Selling the right projects
- Maintaining strong margins
- Creating a smooth transition into production
Responsibilities
- Manage qualified inbound leads and run in-home consultations
- Set clear expectations on budget, scope, and process early in the conversation
- Sell design agreements ($2,500–$5,000) as the first step in the process
- Collaborate with estimator and designer to develop accurate project scope and pricing
- Present proposals in a structured and professional manner
- Confidently guide clients through decisions and close construction contracts
- Ensure a clean, detailed handoff to project management
Compensation
- $55,000–$75,000 base salary (based on experience)
- Team-based profit bonus (quarterly and annual)
- No commission structure
Requirements
- 3+ years of sales experience (residential construction or home services strongly preferred)
- Proven ability to manage longer sales cycles and higher-value projects
- Strong communication and professionalism in client-facing settings
- Ability to understand project scope, budgets, and basic construction concepts
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Team-first mindset with no interest in commission-driven competition
