At Avkin, we are reshaping healthcare education by providing incredible simulation technology for undergraduate nursing programs. As an SDR, you won't just be making dials; you’ll be helping nursing schools train the next generation of healthcare heroes.
Plus, this role is explicitly designed as a launchpad. We will train you on HubSpot, the healthcare simulation industry, and elite consultative sales processes to prepare you for advancement into a Territory Rep role.
What you'll do Every Day:
- Be the Face (and Voice) of Avkin: Use email, phone, and LinkedIn to connect with Deans, Directors, and simulation coordinators at nursing programs across the country.
- Own the "Speed-to-Lead": High energy? Good. You'll manage our live chatbox and inbound digital inquiries, capturing and qualifying excited prospects in real-time.
- Master the Tech Stack: Use HubSpot and cutting-edge AI prospecting tools to research nursing programs and support a robust sales pipeline.
- Collaborate and Win: Work hand-in-hand with our Director of Sales and Solutions Consultants to book discovery meetings and drive revenue.
What We're Looking For:
- The Right Attitude: You are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and possess a strong willingness to learn.
- Great Communicators: You know how to articulate value and love building relationships.
- Tech-Curious: You're comfortable learning new software (if you already know HubSpot, that’s a massive bonus!).
- An Interest in Making an Impact: A passion for healthcare, education, or technology will make you a perfect fit.
- Note: A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but absolutely not required.
