Key Responsibilities
We are looking for someone who is comfortable working independently, does not need daily task-by-task direction, and is excited to take ownership of their responsibilities. This role is a good fit for someone who wants to grow with a small team and contribute to a business that is actively expanding.
- Support Territory Managers in the promotion, positioning, and successful commercialization of MedVision’s medical simulation solutions across the assigned region.
- Conduct proactive cold and warm outreach to healthcare institutions, medical schools, and training centers in order to qualify leads and schedule customer meetings for Sales Management.
- Provide end-to-end customer support throughout the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, product education, quotation support, order coordination, and post-sale follow-up.
- Serve as a product and application resource by responding to customer inquiries regarding functionality, clinical value, and competitive differentiation of MedVision’s portfolio.
- Manage and maintain accurate customer and pipeline information in Salesforce, including Contact, Account, Lead, and Opportunity administration, ensuring data integrity and forecasting accuracy.
- Partner closely with Territory Managers to provide regular updates on territory performance, sales activities, and key account developments.
- Take ownership of daily account support activities, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through timely communication, issue resolution, and exceptional service.
- Assist in identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts and support strategies to expand MedVision’s presence across key healthcare customers.
