Dealership is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our growing dealership team.
This position works closely with the sales department to structure deals, obtain lender approvals, present protection products and finalize contracts accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Secure financing approvals through dealership lenders and financial institutions
- Structure retail finance deals
- Present financing options, warranties, GAP coverage and protection products to customers
- Ensure all contracts and paperwork are accurate and compliant
- Follow up on funding stipulations and ensure deals are funded quickly
- Assist sales staff with deal structure and financing options
- Maintain high customer satisfaction throughout the buying process
- Protect dealership profitability while helping customers secure affordable payments
Qualifications
- Previous automotive or powersports F&I experience preferred
- Strong understanding of retail financing and lender processes
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and attitude
Pay: $75,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
