Job Opportunity: Experienced Sign Installer / Construction / Production / Assembly / Wrap Installer
We’re looking for a skilled and experienced Sign maker to join our growing team! This position is ideal for someone with hands-on sign industry experience who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment. Position Details:
Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM
Pay: $25–$30+ per hour (based on experience)

Installation of Signs / vehicles / buildings
Installation & Mounting of VINYL GRAPHICS to substrates / vehicles / buildings
Fabrication and Application / Laminating
Good communication / Task Management / Quality Control
Measuring & accurately cutting substrates & materials with sharp blades
Hand cutting & trimming printed adhesive vinyl, stickers, scrim banner vinyl + hemming
Weeding & cleaning cut vinyl + masking + preparing for application
Cleaning plastic / metal / wood / foam materials & preparing items for printing
Use of cleaning products/ Sanding / vacuuming / adhesives / glues
Hand painting with oil / water / acrylic based paints & clean up
Packaging finished signs & prepare for shipping
Use of power tools, drills, tape measures, saws, etc for production
Shop clean up and organizing substrates/shelving/painting/sanding
DO YOU HAVE DIRECT EXPERIENCE IN ANY OF THE FOLLOWING? :(Major + if applicable)
Experience with SIGN MAKING, print production / fabrication / manufacturing
Experience with Construction & building / Contractor /Artisan - working with various tools and fabricating signs made of wood, plastic, metal, vinyl's, papers, & more.
Experience with Vinyl Wrap Installation - Vehicles / Walls / Windows / Floors
Experience with sign equipment - Large format printers, UV, solvent, latex, CNC routers, vinyl plotters, laminators, grommet machines, vinyl welders, etc.
Experience with computers and sign design programs - Adobe creative suite (Illustrator / Photoshop), Flexi-Sign, Word / Excel, Onyx, Versaworks
Experience in Graphic Design, Web Design, Marketing, Social Media Marketing
Experience in Sales & Customer Service
Experience with Art & Design - working with color, quality control, crafting 1-off projects and multiple projects at a time.
Experience with Fabric / industrial sewing is a plus
Experience with Color & paint is a plus
Experience with Assembly - from simple to tedious tasks
Experience with Electrical Signs
REQUIREMENTS:
Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
High school diploma (college degree preferred)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and stand for periods of time
Own a working cell phone and maintain reliable communication
Strong hygiene, punctuality, and time management
