Responsibilities

- Manage existing accounts through effective account management practices, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs, highlighting features and benefits.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to close deals that align with company goals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM software such as Salesforce, including follow-ups and pipeline updates.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific campaigns that boost brand awareness and generate leads.
- Provide ongoing customer service support, addressing inquiries promptly and resolving issues efficiently.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to maximize revenue.
- Track market trends and analyze competitor activity to refine sales strategies and stay ahead in the industry.
Experience
- Proven success in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong management skills with experience in territory management and business development initiatives.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for lead tracking and account management.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.
- Ability to conduct product demos effectively and deliver persuasive presentations.
- Experience in retail sales or inside sales is a plus, demonstrating versatility across different sales environments.
- Demonstrated analysis skills for assessing market data, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
