Job description:
We need a hands-on marketing generalist who can move fast across channels, create polished content, and keep multiple projects tracking at once.
This person supports a centralized marketing team that serves multiple business divisions spanning luxury real estate, land development, aviation, marine, renewable energy, and commercial operations. The work is varied. The pace is real. You will touch everything from social media to print collateral to email campaigns to video, sometimes in the same afternoon.
This is a generalist role with a specialist mindset that rewards people who are curious, resourceful, and comfortable figuring things out. If you want to learn how a fast-growing company markets across a dozen verticals, this is the seat.
What You Will Do
Content Creation and Graphic Design: Design and produce marketing materials across digital and print, including social graphics, brochures, ads, flyers, signage, and presentation decks. Maintain brand consistency across all 13 divisions while adapting creative to fit each audience.
Social Media Management: Own the day-to-day management of company social media accounts. Plan, create, schedule, and publish content. Monitor engagement, respond where appropriate, and report on performance monthly.
Video Production: Shoot and edit short-form video content for social media, property marketing, and brand storytelling. Coordinate with external videographers and photographers for larger productions.
Email Marketing and Automation: Build and manage email campaigns, drip sequences, and automated workflows. Segment audiences, write copy, design templates, and track performance. Experience with platforms like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar required.
Copywriting: Write clear, compelling copy for web pages, email campaigns, social posts, ad copy, property descriptions, and internal communications. Adapt tone and voice across luxury residential, commercial, and corporate audiences.
Digital Campaign Support: Assist with paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn. Help manage budgets, monitor performance, and optimize creative based on data.
AI-Assisted Production: Use AI tools to accelerate creative workflows, including drafting copy, generating design concepts, editing video, repurposing content across formats, and automating repetitive production tasks. We do not need someone who has heard of AI. We need someone who already uses it to work faster and smarter.
Project Coordination: Track deadlines, manage deliverables, and keep projects moving across divisions. Communicate status to stakeholders and flag blockers before they become problems.
What You Need
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a marketing generalist, content, or creative role
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Figma)
- Demonstrated experience managing social media accounts for a brand (not just personal use)
- Video shooting and editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)
- Strong writing and editing skills with an eye for detail and tone
- Experience building and sending email campaigns with a marketing automation platform
- Comfort using AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude, or similar) as part of a daily workflow
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing quality or deadlines
- Self-starter mindset. You do not wait to be told what to do next
What Sets You Apart
- Experience in real estate, luxury, hospitality, or multi-brand environments
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM and marketing tools
- Photography skills or experience directing photo and video shoots
- Print production knowledge (bleeds, file prep, vendor coordination)
- Basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and paid media reporting
- Northeast Florida market knowledge
