As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly organized and relationship-focused Club Partnership Coordinator to join our team in Boca Raton, Florida.
Role Description
The Club Partnership Coordinator is responsible for supporting and managing relationships with assigned soccer club partners throughout their entire lifecycle with ARETYN.
This is a client-facing role focused on communication, organization, project coordination, and relationship management. You will serve as a primary point of contact for club directors, administrators, coaches, and club leadership while working closely with our Operations, Design, Sales, and Customer Experience teams.
The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, staying organized, solving problems, and helping customers succeed.
What You'll Do
• Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned soccer club partners
• Lead onboarding calls and guide clubs through the ARETYN partnership process
• Coordinate timelines, order windows, store launches, and uniform rollouts
• Communicate with club directors, coaches, and administrators via phone, email, and video calls
• Work closely with Operations, Design, Sales, and Customer Experience teams to ensure a smooth club experience
• Assist clubs with uniform designs, revisions, approvals, and product sampling
• Provide proactive updates and resolve issues quickly and professionally
• Conduct regular partnership check-ins with club leadership
• Maintain accurate records and communication history within HubSpot
• Support club retention, renewals, referrals, and growth opportunities

Additional Information
• Full-time position
• On-site in Boca Raton, Florida
• Standard hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Relocation candidates will be considered
Compensation
• $40,000–$50,000 base salary
• Commission opportunities
