Requirements of this Project Manager role:
- Degree in an industry related field
- 5+ years’ experience in a Project Manager role on projects up to $30M
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Procore and scheduling software
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Project background should include MOB, office and multifamily builds
