Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a National Account Manager, within the CREO Consumer division. The National Account Manager will oversee key national accounts, acting as the primary point of contact to build, maintain, and grow strategic customer relationships. Daily responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, managing account planning, conducting regular account reviews, and coordinating pricing, proposals, and contract renewals. The role involves collaborating with internal teams such as operations, customer service, finance, and marketing to ensure timely delivery, resolve issues, and support customer initiatives. The National Account Manager will analyze sales data and market trends, develop forecasts, prepare performance reports, and present account strategies to internal leadership. The individual in this role will travel as needed to visit customer sites, attend industry events, and represent CREO Group’s portfolio of companies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing national or large strategic accounts, preferably in housewares, hardware, or related industries.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute account plans, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue growth strategies.
- Strong skills in relationship building, negotiation, and contract management with enterprise-level customers.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and standard office tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations) to track activity and report performance.
- Comfort working remotely with cross-functional teams, managing priorities independently, and delivering on deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to senior-level stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, market insights, and customer feedback to inform decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to travel periodically for customer meetings, trade shows, and internal team events.
