Overview:
Join Xerox as a Tier 1 Manufacturing and Process Engineer, where you will play a critical role in developing, documenting, and optimizing manufacturing and test processes that support the production of innovative Xerox products. As part of the New Product Introduction and Operations team, you will help ensure manufacturing readiness, product quality, and operational efficiency across global production sites. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams while supporting new product launches and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Will Do:
- Partner with Development Engineering teams to understand product requirements prior to Start of Production (SOP)
- Develop and document manufacturing processes, assembly work instructions, and test procedures
- Coordinate the development and deployment of Xerox-designed critical manufacturing fixtures
- Collaborate with the Manufacturing Enterprise System team to establish manufacturing test operations
- Conduct pre-production trials and drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and cost performance
What You Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience developing, documenting, and improving manufacturing or operational processes
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience working with automation tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, or Power Apps is a plus
