GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative whose primary focus is converting qualified leads into long-term customer accounts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a new business environment, enjoys building relationships quickly, and has a strong sense of ownership from first conversation to close.
Primary Duties And Responsibilites
- Convert inbound and outbound leads into active, revenue-generating accounts
- Proactively prospect new business through outreach, networking, and referrals
- Quickly establish rapport and credibility with decision-makers
- Identify customer needs and align solutions that drive value
- Manage multiple opportunities and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Maintain accurate pipeline activity and forecasts in CRM tools
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (customer service, operations, IT) to ensure smooth onboarding and execution
- Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and industry developments
Secondary Duties And Responsibilities
- Generate reports for customers and leadership within the organization.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures to document best practices within Sales Department.
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB
Education
- Associate degree or equivalent (NOTE: A comparable combination of education/experience and/or training will be considered equivalent to the education listed.)
Experience
- 2 – 4 years’ experience in business development, sales, or account acquisition
- Experience using CRM systems and sales tools
- Background in B2B sales environments
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities And Competencies
- Experience using CRM systems and sales tools
- Promotional products or uniform industry knowledge
- Strong prospecting and lead-conversion skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage several projects at once
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate and support shared goal
