ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry/ Purchase Order Assistant to support daily operations through accurate data entry and system maintenance.
- Enter, update, and maintain style and purchase order data in Excel and web-based systems.
- Upload data for style/order creation and ensure accuracy across all entries.
- Perform daily maintenance of purchase orders and style master data in AIMS.
- Maintain cost sheets, style information, and purchase order details (pricing, quantities, etc.).
- Review data for accuracy, identify discrepancies, and make corrections as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely updates and smooth workflow.
- Perform related duties as assigned.
COMPETENCIES
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with purchase order or ERP systems preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Team-oriented with strong organizational skills.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred; or 1–2 years of relevant data entry or purchase order experience.
