Business Analyst – Operations and Process Enhancements:
On behalf of our Capital Markets client, Procom is searching for a Business Analyst – Operations and Process Enhancements for a 4-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client’s New York office.
Job Description:
The project involves managing and contributing to a complex, multi-faceted project and system implementation to meet the strategic transaction banking needs of Global Operations. The role focuses on operations and process enhancements rather than technical aspects.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage detailed action/project plans
- Undertake critical research and analysis to inform current state and best practices
- Participate in system training and develop a training program for Operations users
- Define a test plan and related test cases for various testing phases
- Accurately define business requirements on behalf of Operations
- Liaise directly with users, suppliers, and external regulatory bodies
Mandatory Skills:
- 3-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Transaction Products
- 2+ years of UAT experience
- Superior technical knowledge in MS Office tools and process management software
- 3+ years of experience with business analysis tools and methodologies
- 3+ years of experience with project management principles and practices
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Certification in business analysis
- Consultancy or FINtech background
Assignment Length:
The contract duration is approximately 4 months with the possibility of extension and conversion to FTE.
