Strategy Contractor | Healthcare Consulting
We're looking for a Healthcare Strategy Consultant to join a leading consulting engagement supporting healthcare transformation initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience in healthcare consulting, revenue cycle operations, and clinical workflow optimization, particularly within Epic environments.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and gather business and clinical requirements.
- Document current and future-state workflows, business processes, and operating procedures.
- Develop executive presentations, reports, and client-facing deliverables.
- Analyze healthcare data using Excel, Power BI, and Tableau to identify trends and opportunities.
- Support Epic workflow design, testing, implementation, and go-live activities.
- Partner with physicians, clinical staff, business leaders, and IT teams to improve operational performance.
- Assist with charge capture optimization, revenue integrity, and risk adjustment initiatives.
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, healthcare operations, or revenue cycle management.
- Strong experience with workflow analysis and business process documentation.
- Knowledge of healthcare charge capture, revenue cycle, risk adjustment, or revenue integrity processes.
- Experience creating presentations and communicating with executive stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and/or Tableau.
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Epic workflows or Epic configuration.
- Familiarity with charge capture optimization and revenue integrity programs.
- Prior experience working directly with physicians and clinical teams.

📍 Location: New York, NY 10020, United States (Hybrid)
💵 Pay: $80 – $85/hour.
