This role is a Junior Buyer / Supply Chain Coordinator position focused on supporting purchasing, invoicing, and inventory operations within a fast-paced environment. You’ll work closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth execution of day-to-day supply chain activities, including purchase order creation, invoice processing, and inventory tracking.
The position blends administrative, procurement, and light accounting responsibilities, making it ideal for someone early in their supply chain career who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn. This role requires strong multitasking skills, adaptability, and the ability to maintain accuracy while managing multiple priorities
Qualifications
Required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Interest in supply chain, procurement, or operations
