Role Description We’re looking for a Software Engineer Intern to join us full time on-site in New York, NY. You’ll help design, build, and ship features in our React Native app and supporting systems. You’ll work closely with the founding team across product, engineering, and design, moving from idea to prototype to shipped feature. This role is best for someone who wants to build consumer software, cares about product quality, and is excited to learn quickly in a startup environment.
Qualifications
- Build and ship product features in React Native
- Write clean, maintainable TypeScript code
- Work across the mobile app, front-end flows, and supporting back-end systems
- Build APIs, integrate databases, and improve app performance
- Debug issues and improve reliability across the product
- Prototype new ideas quickly and iterate based on feedback
- Contribute to UI components, design systems, animations, and interaction details
- Participate in code reviews and product discussions
- Own features end-to-end, from concept to implementation
