Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing B2B & Content Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored for business-to-business (B2B) audiences, focusing on content creation, campaign management, and performance optimization. Your expertise will drive brand awareness, generate high-quality leads, and enhance our online presence across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in digital marketing tools and techniques, with a passion for crafting compelling content that resonates with professional audiences.
Responsibilities
- The Digital Content & Marketing Specialist is responsible for driving brand awareness and customer engagement through digital marketing, content optimization, and sales enablement support.
- The role involves managing presentations, SEO/ AEO strategies, HubSpot workflows, paid campaigns, social media, and video content to support pipeline growth and organizational initiatives.
- Core Focus: Drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement through digital marketing initiatives.
- Presentation Development: Create polished PowerPoint decks for sales enablement, executive presentations, and customer meetings.
- Content Optimization: Manage SEO/ AEO strategies, optimize blogs and landing pages, and track performance with analytics tools.
- HubSpot & Automation: Build workflows, email campaigns, landing pages, and maintain CRM data accuracy.
- Paid Campaigns: Support LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns, monitor metrics, and recommend optimizations.
- Social Media: Manage LinkedIn calendar, create engaging posts, and track engagement trends.
- Website & Video: Update HubSpot/WordPress content, enhance user experience, and optimize video content for YouTube and other platforms.
MUST HAVE:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: 3+ years in B2B marketing, preferably within industrial or technical product marketing.
- Portfolio: Must provide a portfolio of work to be considered for review.
- Technical & Design Expertise: PowerPoint (Expert Level): Advanced proficiency is mandatory; must be able to create high-impact, professional presentations independently.
- Graphic Design (Expert Level): Strong technical design skills with a proven track record of creating compelling visual assets.
- Core Tools: Proficiency in HubSpot and MS Office.
- Execution Style: Hands-on creator. We are looking for professionals who build from scratch and execute concepts directly, rather than relying heavily on AI generation tools.
- Digital Marketing Skills: Proven background in broad digital marketing strategies.
- Online Marketing: Demonstrated experience executing website maintenance, email campaigns, online advertising, and social media management.
Shift Timing: 8 AM - 5 PM
Weekly schedule: M-F
