About the Position:
This is a hands-on position reporting directly to the company’s co-owners. The Finance & Accounting Manager will handle and manage all functional areas of Finance and Accounting for Extreme Molding’s manufacturing and distribution operations. The lead candidate will have the opportunity, depending on performance and level of contribution to Extreme Molding’s success, to eventually grow into a Controller-level position.
The lead candidate should have a B.S. degree in Accounting or Finance; at least 5 years’ experience in manufacturing accounting at a senior individual contributor or manager level (strongly preferred) as well as cost-accounting to enhance manufacturing efficiencies; inventory accounting; product costing; cost of quality; sales forecasting; knowledge of GAAP; demonstrating:
- Strong initiative and entrepreneurial spirit
- Exceptional organizational and managerial skills
- Technical capability
- Excellent interpersonal skills with all levels of employees, vendors and customers.
Experience with QuickBooks software essential; and Paychex experience, CPA certification and experience with Human Resources are preferred.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Preparing monthly and periodic Financial Statements for review by our leadership team and 3rd-party CPA firm
- Consolidating financials and various reports
- Financial analysis as required and to identify efficiencies
- Conducting quarterly balance sheet reviews to ensure that all functions are compliant and performing
- Operational Budgets and projections – variance analysis
- Performing entry for and enhancing A/P, A/R and Payroll functions
- Overseeing and enhancing purchasing and inventory control procedures
- Maintaining and enhancing other related policies and procedures.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
