AI Automation Delivery Lead. This is a hybrid Business Analyst / Product Owner / Scrum Master role focused on driving AI and automation initiatives from concept through implementation.

Duration: 12+ Months (06/22/2026 – 06/25/2027)
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements
- Create user stories and acceptance criteria
- Manage Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
- Coordinate between business stakeholders, AI developers, engineers, and QA teams
- Support UAT, testing, defect tracking, and documentation
- Measure project value, adoption, and business outcomes
- Help transition AI solutions from pilot phases into production environments
Ideal Candidate Background
- Business Analyst, Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Agile Delivery Lead
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies and project delivery
- Expertise in requirements gathering, workflow documentation, and process mapping
- Experience with Azure DevOps
- Prior involvement in AI, automation, digital transformation, or GenAI initiatives is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments
