Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Investment Professional role based in New York, NY. This individual will work across the firm’s investment banking and principal investing strategies and will be involved in all aspects of transaction execution. Responsibilities will include origination and execution of advisory mandates as well as underwriting, executing and managing investments. Investment Professionals will take on significant responsibility and have direct exposure to senior leadership. Professional maturity is essential.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, private credit, or a related field
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills; able to build and interpret financial models and synthesize market data
- Self-directed and highly accountable
- Polished communicator who's comfortable with clients and investors and thinks about relationship-building as part of the job
- Professionally mature
- Desire to join an early-stage platform where your contributions shape the firm's trajectory
Compensation
- Base salary of $125,000, with additional compensation components reflecting performance and deal activity
