Position Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Paid Media Manager to own and optimize our paid acquisition channels across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Affiliate Programs.
This role is ideal for someone who understands that successful performance marketing goes beyond platform-reported ROAS. You will excel at attribution, incrementality, profitability analysis, and scaling campaigns while protecting healthy contribution margins. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive efficient customer acquisition and support the continued growth of one of the fastest-growing premium skincare retailers in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
Google Ads Management
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, and Demand Gen.
- Develop audience strategies using Customer Match, remarketing, and first-party data.
- Monitor search query reports, bidding strategies, product feeds, and campaign structure.
- Evaluate Performance Max performance and make strategic recommendations on budget allocation.
Meta Ads Management
- Manage full-funnel Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
- Develop audience segmentation strategies including prospecting, retargeting, lookalikes, and retention campaigns.
- Execute creative testing and performance analysis to drive profitable growth.
Affiliate Program Management
- Build, launch, and scale our affiliate marketing program.
- Recruit and manage affiliates, influencers, creators, and strategic partners.
- Optimize commission structures, promotions, and performance.
Attribution & Measurement
- Own attribution strategy and measurement across platforms.
- Reconcile platform data with Shopify, GA4, and business-level reporting.
- Conduct incrementality testing and provide profitability-focused recommendations.
Performance Optimization & Reporting
- Monitor and optimize key metrics including Contribution Margin, CAC, MER, ROAS, AOV, New Customer Acquisition, and LTV.
- Create and maintain dashboards (Looker Studio / Power BI) and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with merchandising, creative, email/SMS, operations, and finance teams.
- Align campaigns with promotions, product launches, GWP initiatives, and seasonal calendars.
Budget Management
- Efficiently manage advertising budgets across all channels to maximize profitable growth.
Qualifications
Required
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads for eCommerce retailers.
- Strong understanding of Google Shopping, Performance Max, Search, Meta prospecting/retargeting, audience segmentation, conversion tracking, and attribution.
- Experience analyzing performance beyond platform-reported metrics with a focus on contribution margin and profitability.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Meta Ads Manager, Excel/Google Sheets, and reporting tools (Looker Studio or Power BI).
Preferred
- Experience in beauty, skincare, medical aesthetics, or luxury retail.
- Prior experience building or managing affiliate programs.
- Shopify experience.
- Familiarity with Klaviyo, and Alia.
- Google Ads and Meta certifications.

Within your first 90 days, you will:
- Take full ownership of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Affiliate channels.
- Improve attribution accuracy and reporting visibility.
- Develop a testing roadmap and identify quick wins for efficiency and profitability.
- Deliver actionable recommendations that drive sustainable growth.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $65,000 – $80,000 DOE
- Performance-based bonus tied to contribution margin, profitable growth, and key objectives.
