Title: Digital Designer
Location: Plano, TX-Hybrid, 2x onsite
Duration: 6 month extending contract
Compensation: $30-35/hr
Must haves:
- 3–5 years of digital design experience
- Experience at agency, brand, retail, restaurant, CPG or consumer facing marketing environment
- A strong portfolio showing digital design, layout, typography, campaign assets, and attention to detail
- Experience designing for email, web, app, social, paid media, or other digital marketing channels
- Experience designing for CRM, lifecycle marketing, email, app, SMS, push notifications, or loyalty communications
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Ability to build, edit, resize, and deliver production-ready assets with limited ramp-up
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, spacing, composition, typography, and brand consistency
- Comfortable creating modular designs that can work across different customer messages, audiences, offers, and campaign versions

Day to day:
An employer is looking for a Digital Designer in the Plano, TX area. You will be tasked with creating customer-facing digital marketing assets across email, push notifications, in-app messages, SMS, mobile app, and web placements. This role is a great fit for a designer with a few years of hands-on digital experience who understands how to design for fast-moving marketing channels. You should be comfortable working from briefs, applying brand guidelines, adapting creative across multiple formats, and preparing production-ready files with limited ramp-up. You’ll support a wide range of customer communications, including the loyalty program, rewards, promotional campaigns, product launches, seasonal moments, lifecycle journeys, and loyalty engagement programs. Tasks will include:
- Design digital marketing assets for email, app messages, SMS, push notifications, web placements, and other customer-facing channels.
- Support creative needs for rewards, promotional offers, product launches, seasonal campaigns, and customer communications.
- Adapt campaign creative into multiple digital sizes, layouts, and formats while keeping the work clear, consistent, and on-brand.
- Build and update reusable templates for recurring digital marketing needs.
- Create customer-facing designs that make offers, rewards, product news, and brand messages easy to understand.
- Work within brand guidelines across typography, color, photography, layout, and tone.
- Prepare production-ready files for internal teams, agency partners, and marketing platforms.
Compensation:
$30/hr to $35/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
