Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business and operational teams to identify challenges and develop system-based s solutions that improve performance
- Lead requirements gathering sessions and evaluate business processes to recommend system enhancements and process improvements
- Support ERP and application implementations, upgrades, testing, deployment, and user training activities
- Develop reports, dashboards, and analytical tools that provide actionable information to business stakeholders
- Create and maintain process documentation, workflow diagrams, testing plans, and system specifications
- Work closely with internal and external development resources to ensure successful delivery of business solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field with
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Application Analyst, or similar role
- 3+ years of experience supporting ERP systems, business applications, or integrated manufacturing systems within a manufacturing environment
- 3+ years of experience writing SQL queries and analyzing data to support business and operational decision-making
- 3+ years of experience leading projects, gathering requirements, testing solutions, and managing stakeholder expectations
