What You’ll Be Doing as a Staff Accountant
- Manage general ledger activity and prepare journal entries
- Support month-end close and maintain accurate financial records
- Perform account reconciliations and analyze balance sheet activity
- Assist with audit support, including preparation of workpapers
- Contribute to financial reporting and variance analysis
- Partner with internal teams to improve processes and workflows
- Handle ad hoc analysis and support technical accounting initiatives
About You as a Staff Accountant
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Background in audit or experience supporting audit processes
- Exposure to NetSuite or similar ERP systems
- Ability to navigate and learn complex, multi-entity structures
