Role Description
Apiece Apart is seeking a detail-oriented and driven E-Commerce & Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in New York, NY, with flexibility to work from home part of the week. Responsibilities include planning and executing daily content updates, product launches, collection merchandising, landing page setup, and site navigation enhancements.
You will work closely with our Marketing team to coordinate multiple projects, requiring strong analytical & creative skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a keen attention to detail.
Job Responsibilities:
Key areas of responsibility outlined below, not limited to:
- Work closely with VP of E-Commerce to drive e-commerce sales and site optimization
- Implement e-commerce merchandising strategies to increase conversion rate, orders and cross-sell products, owning the setup of all new products, including product details and imagery
- Work with the internal logistics, production, and creative teams as well as website platform engineers to ensure all products are presented properly and accurately on the website and arrive on time for campaign launches
- Design and upload all site and email marketing content in collaboration with our VP of Marketing
- Execute promotional campaigns by setting up discount codes, managing product visibility, and coordinating collection updates
- Publish product SKUs and their associated image files to the website, ensuring in advance that all assets are in place to publish products accurately and timely to the website
- Assist in the creation of monthly marketing calendar in collaboration with Senior Marketing Manager & VP of Marketing and provide feedback based on product performance
- Collect and organize all necessary product information and site copy and update based on customer feedback
- Help QA emails and digital marketing campaigns prior to collection launches, ensuring site linking strategies are optimized
- Support e-commerce product launches by publishing all homepage and website content
- Monitor campaign KPIs regularly to understand effectiveness of strategies and identify opportunities for improvement as it relates to product performance and customer behavior
- Monitor competitive landscape to identify market trends and digital opportunities for apieceapart.com
- Help manage e-commerce photoshoot schedule and calendar, communicating all requirements, deliverables, and needs to stakeholders and coordinate with creative teams to ensure reshoots are communicated, managing post-production of all e-commerce photoshoots
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- 1+ years experience with Shopify required; experience with Shopify Plus preferred
- Experience with Klaviyo or other marketing platforms
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Indesign
- Analytical and organized with a high attention to detail
- Interested in ecommerce and digital marketing
- Proactive self-starter with strong communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively in fast paced environment
- Ability to effectively convey solution-oriented ideas
- Able to juggle multiple, and sometimes, conflicting priorities and needs
