Interior Design Consultant – Kitchen & Bath Specialist
A reputable, family-owned company with 75 years in business is seeking an experienced Interior Design Consultant – Kitchen & Bath Specialist to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities
● Consult with clients in showroom and in-home to design kitchen and bath projects
● Create detailed drawings using 2020 Design software
● Develop design concepts, select finishes, and establish budget ranges
● Prepare and present proposals; generate quotes and manage orders
● Take field measurements and translate into accurate working designs
● Collaborate with project managers, trades, and vendors on specifications and timelines
● Schedule appointments for in-home or showroom customer consultations
● Maintain strong client relationships and ensure consistent follow-up
● Prospect for new business when necessary
● Maintain showroom displays and product knowledge
Qualifications (Required)
● 3+ years of experience in interior design, kitchen & bath design, or showroom sales
● Proficiency in 2020 Design software
● Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
● Strong math, computer, and communication skills
● Ability to utilize CRM software
● Basic Microsoft Office skills
● Sales-driven with ability to meet goals
Preferred: Degree in Interior Design or related field; knowledge of cabinetry, countertops and plumbing products a plus

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
