We are looking for a driven, reliable, and relationship focused Territory Sales Representative with a proven track record of success in sales. The ideal candidate brings grit, consistency, and a strong sense of ownership to building business in the field, developing customer relationships, and growing an assigned territory.
We are currently seeking Territory Sales Representatives for the following locations:
• Fort Myers, FL
• Columbia, SC
• Florence, SC
• Charlotte, NC
This is not a desk-based sales role. We are looking for a motivated outside sales professional who is energized by prospecting, meeting customers in person, identifying new opportunities, and representing TOI TOI USA in the communities we serve.
As TOI TOI USA continues to grow, this role will play an important part in expanding market share, strengthening customer relationships, and identifying new revenue opportunities across an assigned geographic territory. The ideal candidate is proactive, resilient, professional, and comfortable balancing new business development with account growth and customer service.
Successful candidates will spend the majority of their time developing business within their assigned territory through customer visits, prospecting activities, jobsite visits, and relationship building. While the role offers remote flexibility, the work is territory driven and requires regular in person customer engagement, hence, only local candidates will be considered.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive all sales activities within an assigned territory, focusing on new customer acquisition, account growth, and market expansion
- Identify and develop business opportunities through prospecting, networking, customer visits, referrals, and other business development activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, construction companies, industrial facilities, municipalities, event organizers, and other key customers
- Conduct regular in-person customer meetings to identify needs, strengthen partnerships, and deliver exceptional service
- Prepare and present tailored proposals, quotes, and service solutions that maximize customer value and revenue opportunities
- Manage an active sales pipeline and maintain accurate records of opportunities and customer interactions in ZOHO CRM
- Collaborate closely with operations, customer service, and management teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful service delivery
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and support business development strategies
- Achieve or exceed sales, revenue, and account growth targets while representing TOI TOI USA professionally in the field and local communities
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in outside sales, territory management, or business development with a strong record of achieving sales targets
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and persistent, with the ability to develop new business and grow a territory independently
- Strong prospecting, relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills
- Experience working with contractors, construction companies, industrial customers, municipalities, event organizers, or similar customer segments is preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term customer relationships
- Organized and disciplined, with experience managing sales activities and pipelines through CRM systems
- Strong business acumen and the ability to identify customer needs and deliver effective solutions
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory; bilingual English and Spanish skills are a plu
