Experienced Automotive Sales Professional and Sales/BDC Hybrid Roles – (Patriot Auto Group)

What Success Looks Like in This Role
This is a performance-driven sales position. We are looking for experienced professionals who are motivated, consistent, and committed to growth.
Core Performance Expectations
- Deliver a minimum of 15 retail vehicles per month including presentation to customer
- Complete 50 meaningful customer communications daily (calls, texts, emails)
- Maintain consistent follow-up and engagement with prospects in CRM
- Market yourself across multiple social media platforms, send videos to customers within the CRM, follow and/or participate in forums
Note: These are not arbitrary numbers—they represent the activity and production required to succeed at a high level in our store.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Sales
- Build relationships through phone, text, video, and email communication
- Guide customers through the entire buying process with a service-first mindset
- Maintain an active pipeline and consistently follow up with prospects
Daily Activity & CRM Usage
- Log all communications and customer interactions in CRM
- Execute consistent daily outreach to generate appointments and opportunities
- Focus on quality, meaningful conversations—not just volume
Appointment Preparedness
- Prepare vehicles ahead of every scheduled appointment
- Confirm appointments and ensure a smooth customer experience
- Be fully ready with product knowledge, vehicle details, and next steps
Team Contribution
- Assist with lot organization and showroom readiness
- Support teammates with deliveries and customer needs
- Participate in floor coverage, phone rotation, and dealership responsibilities
- Contribute to Patriot Auto Group’s ongoing commitment to supporting the local grassroots organizations by way of our Patriot Cares / Patriot Shares initiative and other opportunities such as volunteering at varies causes.
Training & Support

What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills (phone, text, and in-person)
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple customers at once
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to contribute beyond personal sales
- Prior automotive sales experience required
- Sales professional with a history of 15+ units sold for a minimum of 10-months per year consistently across the last three years.
- Positions available for both sales and BDC/Internet Sales available. The Internet Sales position(s) is a hybrid BDC role where the lead is worked from initial receipt to the finance stage of the process.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
