Customer Service and Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive presentations and product materials to effectively communicate with customers and target audiences,
- Identify customer needs and offer products that pertain to preferences and personal requirements, incorporating opportunities for upselling when appropriate to enhance their overall experience and satisfaction with our clients
- Cultivate and nurture professional relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Participate in training sessions alongside fellow entry-level Verizon Customer Service Representatives and senior management to gain deeper insights and understanding of products, services, and local offerings.
