Finance Manager Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all paperwork involved with the sale of the vehicle, including obtaining customer signatures and securing payoff and insurance information.
- Understands and complies with federal, state and local regulations that affect the new- and used-vehicle and finance departments.
- Explain features, advantages, and benefits regarding options best suited for our clients.
- Engages in business development and is a team player as we strive for referrals and repeat business
Required Finance Manager Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as an F&I Manager in Franchise Dealership.
- Previous experience with RouteOne or Tekion preferred.
- Professional appearance and strong communications skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven track record of high CSI and profitability.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
- Valid driver's license with good driving record.
