We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Sales Operations & Development Administrator to join our Teamwear Sales department. This is an entry-level, full-time, in-office role designed for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and interested in growing within sales operations, business development, or client support.
Role Description: The Sales Operations & Development Administrator is a full-time role based in Pleasant Grove, UT. This role serves as a flexible support position designed to strengthen both sales operations and future sales development capacity within the Teamwear department. The position focuses on supporting operational efficiency, maintaining organization within the sales process, assisting with lead and client preparation efforts, and providing development opportunities toward future Team Expert, Business Development, or Sales Operations positions. Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and organizing CRM records
- Updating client, lead, contact, and organization information
- Supporting pipeline tracking, lead assignments, and sales activity updates
- Preparing sales reports, data summaries, and internal tracking tools
- Researching prospective clients, schools, studios, and market opportunities
- Supporting lead qualification, follow-up, and prospect list building
- Assisting with client showing preparation, inventory checks, catalogs, and sales materials
- Helping coordinate sample requests, proposals, approvals, and order milestones
- Supporting event preparation, lead entry, post-event follow-up, and reporting
- Assisting with SOPs, templates, workflows, and general sales process organization
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Comfortable using CRMs, spreadsheets, or project management tools
- Full-time availability for an in-office role
- Experience in retail sales, customer service, client support, or administrative sales support
- Experience with Monday.com strongly preferred
- Interest in sales operations, business development, account management, or client success
- Experience supporting events, appointments, client prep, or product-based sales environments
Compensation:
This is an entry level position offering a base salary + bonus incentives based on performance and quarterly reviews.
