Role Summary
We are seeking a highly creative Graphics Designer to produce content, and graphics, for social media, marketing campaigns, and branded visuals. This role ensures all creative materials maintain a consistent tone and visual identity aligned with the organization’s brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop engaging content for various platforms
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials
- Collaborate with the in-house marketing team on creative projects
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet established deadlines
- Accept, incorporate, and apply creative feedback
- Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Premiere Pro, and After Effects
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to turn projects around quickly
- Highly organized and capable of multitasking
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in digital media, marketing, photography, graphic design, or a related field OR equivalent professional experience
- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing or content creation
- Ability to provide an online portfolio of prior work samples
Physical Requirements
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods while working at a computer
- Ability to use hands and fingers to operate computers, cameras, and other equipment
- Ability to visually inspect digital and printed creative materials for accuracy and quality
- Ability to occasionally move or transport materials and equipment weighing up to 25 pounds
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
Work Environment
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods while working at a computer
