These full time and fractional consulting leadership roles are for someone who loves helping manufacturers get better, isn’t afraid to get their boots dirty, and believes Nebraska manufacturing deserves smart, practical, bold and forward-thinking support.

Bonus points if you:

Have strong opinions about forklifts, pallet sizes, or where tools should live
Asks “what problem are we actually trying to solve?” at least once a day
Know the difference between theory and Tuesday on the shop floor
Understand that onboarding is a retention strategy, not an HR formality
Have helped a plant go from “held together by heroes” to “runs on systems”
