Title: Construction Project Manager (Commercial Construction)
Location: Fresno, CA
Pay Rate: $70/hr to $80/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Duration: 6-month contract with potential extension or full-time opportunity
Key Responsibilities
- Manage commercial construction and tenant improvement (TI) projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, cost reports, and project documentation.
- Lead design coordination meetings and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
- Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress, quality, and safety.
- Build strong client relationships and provide regular project updates.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of Commercial Construction Project Management experience.
- Experience managing Tenant Improvement (TI), office renovation, or facility upgrade projects.
- Strong client-facing communication and leadership skills.
- Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, and cost management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and MS Project (or similar scheduling software).
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field OR PMP/CCM certification.
- Must be able to travel to project sites and periodically to Oakland/San Francisco.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship available).
Pay: $70.00 - $80.00 per hour
