The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of marketing initiatives across CoralTree , ensuring campaigns and digital platforms are current, accurate, and performance-driven. This role is highly detail-oriented and execution-focused, working across CRM, digital channels, and internal systems to bring campaigns to market efficiently and consistently.
Responsibilities
- Website Management Maintain and update CoralTree and property-level website content, ensuring accuracy, brand alignment, and timely updates.
- Email Marketing & CRM
- Develop and build leisure acquisition email content aligned with brand and campaign strategy
- Execute email deployments for both group and leisure segments
- Support audience segmentation and campaign QA to ensure accuracy and performance
- Campaign Execution Deploy seasonal and promotional campaigns across channels, ensuring all assets are activated on time and aligned with overall marketing calendars.
- Digital Platforms & Listings
- Manage and update Cvent listings to optimize visibility for group sales
- Maintain content accuracy across key third-party and internal platforms, including Single Platform
- Reporting & Performance Tracking Analyze and compile month-end and quarterly reporting for CMF initiatives, identifying trends and surfacing actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
- Content & Asset Management Maintain the digital asset library, ensuring files are organized, current, and easily accessible for property and corporate teams.
- Administrative & Financial Support Assist with invoice coding and tracking to ensure accurate and timely processing of marketing expenses.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of marketing, digital, or CRM experience (hospitality or multi-property environment preferred)
- Experience with email platforms, CMS systems, and marketing tools (e.g., Cvent, CRM platforms, website CMS)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfort working with data and reporting to support performance insights
- Highly organized, proactive, and execution-oriented
